Returns Policy

Customers have the right to return all products within 7 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from Our store and if approved unilaterally by our company.
Also, the right to return all products within 14 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from our online shop.
You can use this page to learn about our return and cancellation policy.

Can I return an item for an exchange?


Unopened, unused, in its original packaging:

Return at Broo Stores within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at our Broo Stores within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.

In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.
 

Opened, unused, in its original packaging:

Return at Broo Stores within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at Broo Stores within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.

In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

 

Gift product, unopened, unused, in its original packaging:
If you're looking to change a gift item, without Exchange Card that was bought through Online Store, please contact Broo Store team within 15 Days so we can help you further. Product must be in the original condition and package. 

 

Can I add an exchange gift card on product that I bought online?


Yes, as soon as you complete your adding in cart process please add a note on Cart Step for asking an exchange gift card and specify the gift product.

Cancellation Policy
 

How to cancel an online order
 

If you have chosen to Pick-up from Broo Stores, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling the shop on 25006316. 

 

If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up from ACS office, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service.

After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.

To cancel your Home Delivery or Pick-up from ACS office order, please call Broo Stores on 25006316 (Shop Hours as described above.)
